In simpler terms, a computer keyboard shortcuts are a set of one or more keys that when used simultaneously invoke a command in application software or an operating system such as MS Word or Windows. This makes accessing files and application much quicker and increases your productivity, otherwise, if you do it the old way then files and applications on a computer will only accessible through a menu or mouse.
