This free tool runs a simple stamp-card program for you: pick a design, print numbered cards, and add a stamp in two taps. When a card fills up, it celebrates with you and reminds you to give the reward.

How it works in three steps
- Pick a design. Choose Coffee Club, Fresh Cut Club, Paw Pals, Shine Club, Sweet Treats, or your own brand colors. Each design comes with sensible wording and a reward you can change.
- Print your cards. Every card gets its own number and a QR code on the back. Print 10 per sheet on business card paper or card stock, then hand one to each customer.
- Stamp and reward. When a customer visits, type the number on their card and tap Add a stamp. When the card is full, tap Give the reward. Made a mistake? Tap Undo.
Your customers can see their card on their phone
After a stamp, tap Show customer QR code. Your customer points their phone camera at it and sees their card, with their stamps and how many visits are left. Every time they scan it at your counter, the card updates. There’s no app and nothing for them to sign up for.
Tips for a program customers love
- Make the reward worth it. Something customers really want, such as a free coffee, a free wash or a free haircut, works better than a small discount.
- Give a stamp on the first visit, so new members feel they’ve already started.
- Tell everyone. Print the counter sign from the Print cards tab, and mention the program at checkout.
- Keep it simple: one stamp per visit, and a reward after 6 to 12 visits.

Keep your stamps safe
Because everything is stored on this device, save a backup file every week from the Backup & settings tab, and keep it somewhere safe, such as your email or cloud storage. The tool reminds you if you forget. To use the program on a new phone or computer, open this page there and choose Restore from a backup.
Clearing your browser’s history or site data can delete your program, so keep your backups up to date.
Frequently asked questions
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers carry a printed card. If they’d like it on their phone too, they scan a QR code you show them, and their card opens in the phone’s browser.
Can I use it on more than one device?
The program lives on one device at a time. You can move it to another device with a backup file, but two devices won’t stay in sync automatically, so use one device at the counter.
What if a customer loses their card?
Look them up by name or number in the Customers tab, then reprint their card from the Print cards tab. Their stamps stay the same.
Can I change the reward later?
Yes. Go to Backup & settings and choose Change design or reward. Customers keep the stamps they already have.
Is it really free?
