A clear signature makes every email look professional and makes it easy for customers to call you or visit your website. Choose a layout, check your details (we fill them in from your Brand Kit), see how your signature looks in a real email, then copy it into your email app.

Tips for a great signature
- Keep it short: name, role, business, phone, website. Customers skim.
- Use your business email address on your own domain, such as hello@yourbusiness.com.
- Add a logo that lives on the web. Email apps need an image web address; logos saved only on your computer don’t show for customers.
- Skip quotes and long legal text unless your industry requires them.
Frequently asked questions
Why doesn’t my logo show?
The logo must be a web address that starts with https, such as an image on your website. If you built your site with Advanton’s website builder, your logo is at yourwebsite.com/images/logo.png once the site is online.
Will it look the same in every email app?
Signatures are built with simple tables and inline styles, which work in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. Small differences in spacing are normal.
Is it free?
Yes, and your details stay on your device.
