Make professional business cards in a few minutes. Your business name, logo, colors and contact details come from your brand kit; choose a design, pick what goes on the back, and print.
Cards use your brand kit, saved in this browser only.
Cards are 3.5 x 2 inches. "Print at home" fits standard 10-per-sheet business card paper (such as Avery 8371 or 5371) or plain card stock with the cut marks. "Print shop file" adds the 1/8-inch bleed most printers ask for.
Choosing the back of your card
- Logo and tagline: a clean, branded back.
- QR: save my contact: customers scan it with their phone camera to save your name, business, phone, email and website straight to their contacts, so your card never gets lost.
- QR: website: opens your website.
- QR: review page: opens your Google review page, ideal for handing to customers after a job. See our review request kit.
- Plain: your main brand color.
Always test a QR code with your own phone before printing a batch.
Printing at home
- Choose Print at home (10 per sheet).
- In the print window, set the scale to 100% (not "fit to page") and turn off headers and footers.
- Use standard 10-per-sheet business card paper, such as Avery 8371 or 5371, or plain heavy card stock (around 80 to 110 lb cover).
- Print page 1 (fronts). Then put the same sheet back in the printer and print page 2 (backs) on the other side. Do a test on plain paper first, holding it up to the light to check that the backs line up.
- On plain card stock, cut along the marks in the margins with a paper trimmer.
Using a print shop
Choose Print shop file, then pick Save as PDF in the print window with margins set to None. You’ll get a two-page PDF (front and back), sized at 3.75 x 2.25 inches: a standard 3.5 x 2 inch card plus a 1/8-inch bleed on every edge, so colors run right to the edge after trimming. Send it to your local print shop or an online printer and ask for standard 3.5 x 2 inch cards on 14 or 16 pt card stock.
What makes a good business card
- Keep it simple: name, title, phone, email and website are usually enough.
- Make the text readable: avoid squeezing in too many details.
- Match your brand everywhere: the same colors and logo as your signs and website.
- Make it useful: a QR code that saves your contact details or opens your review page gives people a reason to keep it.
Your privacy
The card maker runs entirely in your browser. Your details and logo are never uploaded to Advanton.
