S.A.MEHDI
Brings over 8 years of experience in product engineering and software services industry. He started his career with Star Networks as a trainee SAP technical consultant but later joined Reuters working on technologies such as JAVA, MongoDB, oracle PL/SQL and .NET. He’s responsible for the over all operations of the company in the US, UK and across the globe expanding to the other markets and is mostly travelling across the world attending business meetings and business conferences.

BRIAN HALL
He has over 25 years of experience in business management, entrepreneurship and technical staffing. Prior to ADVANTON, Brian built a US $120MN staffing solutions company from scratch. He holds a bachelors degree in aeronautical engineering and served as a Pilot for several years in the US air force. He’s a passionate entrepreneur, a technology enthusiast and a family man. Brian resides in Florida and keeps travelling to India for company’s business meetings and vacation.

HARSH BHATIA
He has over 15 years of experience in Enterprise Software development and Systems Integration. He leads the internal operations of the company. He has lead top projects for some of the well known brands in the world such as GE, Johnson & Johnson and MRF. Harsh has a Masters in Technology (Chemical Engineering) from one of the most reputed Engineering Institutes in the world, IIT Delhi.

LT LAWSON
He has over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, building companies from scratch and held senior sales positions in several startups across USA, leading those startup from $0 in revenues to over 5 million dollars in revenues annually. He is a resident of Houston, Texas
