The Solution

ADVANTON started the project by analysing existing subscriber registration and billing processes that was earlier designed just to collect customer details over the website. Billing was also manual and company has to send e-bills to the subscribers on their registered emails that were leading to errors.  We started customizing odoo ERP’s subscription/registration module and billing module and integrated it with the company’s existing portal at the backend. The new system was capable of generating invoices based on the subscriber’s service packages and prices.

We are now in the next phase; working with the company to bring new set of features to the portal on the front-end while the backend will be completely managed using the odoo ERP solution. Company will be able to automate all other back office processes such as finance, accounting, HR, CRM and payroll migrating from the existing legacy ERP.
